Only a small contingent of TPH Racing were on duty this week. With holidays and family commitments, it fell to Stu, Becky, Keeds and Ryan to fly the flag and to Becky and Keeds to style it up in the new Bioracer Team kit.
Adam however, was not to be left out. He managed to get his race winning “Gurn” in the paper and wants everybody to see it… 😜 Bring on the Semer Hill Climb for another instalment of that beauty.
Stu smashed the win at Colchester Rovers Little Bentley TT (10.6) with 23:11 on Tuesday. Different pacing strategy this week. Out hard and hang on like grim death. Well done Stu!
Wednesday had Becky and Keeds in their new TPH Racing Aerosuits tackling the IDCA Henley TT (10). Both notched up course PB’s again, Becky with 26:00 and Keeds with 24:46. Becky returns to the top of the Non-IDCA League and should stay there if she records 2 more times in the 4 events remaining. Becky has been consistently strong all season and getting quicker every week. Great form to take in to the Cyclo-cross season. #crossiscoming
Thursday was CCS - Brent Eleigh TT (8.2). Ryan and Keeds were in attendance with the usual suspects Molly and Alex away on holiday. Leon West took the win by a country mile with an All-comers record (stealing Stu’s) with a time of 17:22. Ryan had a poor run for him with 21:29, Keeds however finished a strong 4th on the night with 19:08.
Great racing racers. More of the same next week with on TT on the schedule for now.
